About Me
Dr. Lepan Tyoden is a seasoned leadership expert with over 23 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-impact leaders across Africa. He currently serves as the National Operations Director of the International Leadership Foundation in Nigeria and has held key leadership roles with the Great Commission Movement, including National and West African Training Director and Regional Director for Central and Northeast Nigeria.
Lepan holds a PhD in Peace Studies from the International Graduate School for Leadership, Manila, Philippines, a B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering, and a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He also earned two Master’s degrees—one in Organizational Leadership and Management and a second in Transformational Leadership. He is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers and the Nigeria Metallurgical Society.
A certified facilitator for building powerful ministry teams, a trained coach, and a certified trauma healing facilitator, Lepan is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders. Through active coaching and mentoring, he has empowered countless individuals and teams to lead with clarity, purpose, and lasting impact.
Beyond his professional achievements, Lepan is a devoted husband to Cecilia and a proud father of three. His work continues to inspire leaders across Africa to transform communities, foster resilience, and create meaningful change.
